who I am
My adventure in the world of fashion was born in 2000, the desire to create something of my own, pushed to live my career in the arts. GIACOMONDO ®: the brand created by me has a very important significance: the World GIACOMO, a child really existed who daily follows me and rooting for me from his cloud. Engine of the idea of creating a line of ''prêt-à-couture'' clothing for children is the basilar reason for my creation.
Fashion and Brand are my instrument, I try to use to my ultimate goal that will be just the beginning of my project of humanity: help children less fortunate.
The leitmotif of my collections are: first quality fabrics (use only materials that are normally used for collections adults), production entirely Made in Italy, refined details for every cloth and vivid colors.
In 2006, I was awarded the "GOLDEN MERCURY 2006 TO CIVILIZATION 'WORK CITY' MILAN', for the following reasons: fair trade, entrepreneurship and professionalism.
It 'a world where fairy tale becomes reality .; It is the world that represents all children who enter the space created by the designer Paola Coppola. It is a small boutique in downtown Milan, like clothes that inhabit it: handcrafted to live the moments of celebration with a hint of sweetness and refined with the playfulness of the daily kids' World.
GIACOMONDO, is something more than a shop, it's a strange place to the city hectic, where mothers with their children, spend relaxing moments, an antidote to the frenetic and compulsive purchases that characterize our time.
Paola Coppola has an eye to social and works closely with the association NAMASTE', which deals with Indian children living in extreme poverty and with the association PAOLO PINI (Silver Medal of the City of Milan dl 1970) for the 'home care for chronically ill children.
And it is nice to see every now and then, as the style wins over logo

Passion, mystery, suspense and intrigue are the basic ingredients of the TV drama "A good season", which tells the story of a troubled family, owner of a winery. To movie lovers will be pleased to know that the story should be guided by Good Year, the film directed by Ridley Scott with Russell Crowe and Albert Finney.
WZORRO the musical of the year!
WZORRO went on stage at the Teatro Sistina in Rome. Starring the very Italian Michel Altieri, born in 1978, which was discovered by the great Luciano Pavarotti, and for some years he moved to Broadway being a hit with audiences and critics too.
